I have an university degree in Political Science with a master in Sociology. Soon after the University, I have been employed in a big telecom multinational company in Milan, taking care of the human capital development and the organization of all the technical trainings for more than 4000 employees. Few years later, I covered similar positions with growing responsibilities in other multinational companies in the same geographical area.
In that period I had the chance to participate myself to several courses on project management, events organization, budgeting and funds management, which have been, along with the experience gained on field, the platform to be able to work for well know agencies on projects based on the organization of events, workshops, roundtables, seminars and trainings. Since 2010, I have been working also as a teacher and tutor for some local professional schools on lectures like time management, events’ management and fund raising.
I actually work as a consultant for big companies organizing with or for them meetings, courses and events on a national and international level, with a typical affluence between 50 and 2000 attendees and often in the niece of “Medical Scientific Events”. I’m normally responsible to fulfil all the regulations of the Italian Government about CME (Continuing Medical Education).
I am very organized, precise, following the MBO (Management by Objectives) rules, quick in finding good solutions to the “big” little problems rising during the events and used to stand a great amount of stress being the node of the entire organization. Sometimes maybe I’m a bit too stubborn in expecting from my team the same precision, the focus on the results and the customer/attendees satisfaction.
